I have lived here for almost three years and I enjoy it! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and it is quiet (most of the time). Parking can sometimes be an issue and the spaces are a little small (my neighbors like to park really close to the lines). The gym and pool area are nicely maintained. I moved in when the pool was still heated in the winter and they don't anymore. It was nice perk to living here, wish they still did it. It is in close proximity to trails since I run and bike a lot and I feel safe with the gates. I would recommend the complex to someone.

I can't say enough good things about the Retreat at Fox Hollow or the staff here. I had a little problem with a neighbors and the day after I brought it up to Sarah (the manager here) it was taken care of. issue no more!! I am very happy here. It is quite and peaceful. I stop in for coffee each day at the clubhouse and part of what I love most are the voices greeting me when I walk in. I feel safe and secure here.

My husband and I have lived here for longer than I'm sure most of the residents here. We are very happy with this community and just ADORE the girls in the office. They are always so sweet and helpful to us! This is a great, quiet little neighborhood.

I have been very happy here for years and anticipate that we will be for years to come provided my rent isn't increased too much in the upcoming months. The staff here is excellent - especially Sara and Marty.

We really like it here. It's very quiet and all of the staff is very friendly. We have a very nice residence, it's worth every penny.

I have already told them: I get morning sun and afternoon sun coming through nice big windows! It's excellent having a garage attached to my apartment. I don't hear much through the walls (which is very important to me). There are nice big built in shelves in my bedroom and bathroom. For being so small in square footage, my unit is perfect for me. It's quaint, with a really neat floorplan. The location is awesome for walking, running, biking. Within walking distance to trails that lead into Morrison, Red Rocks Park, and numerous other places. I personally feel proud of my unit...Its clean and pretty.

Going on my 4th year and have no interest in moving anywhere else in the Denver metro area. Great apartment and the folks on the staff are quick to respond to any concerns. Being in a gated community has its advantages as safety is always a concern.

I really appreciated all the people at The Retreat of Fox Hollow. The leasing people have great interpersonal skills, the maintenance people were friendly and trustworthy. I hope to come back to The Retreat at Fox Hollow someday.

I have lived here for over 6 years or close to it. I love my space and the quiet around me. The grounds are always maintained beautifully and kept clean. I really like Loren. He is an assett to this property. He always has a smile and focused on his work. He makes me smile. As for maintenance requests they have always been handled quickly and professionally. The office staff, although busy, still make time for youre questions, and are very friendly and personable. If I had any negatives, it would be the front gates are regularly problematic. That security feature is one of the reasons I chose to live here. The other would be the traffic circle. I dont expect a traffic cop to come and regulate it, however, some form of control is needed. I have been cut off, honked and yelled at for going around the circle to enter. I have seen cars nearly hit people or other cars just to "beat" the gate. I would think from a Property Management perspective this is a potential liability. That aside, I love being here and have no intentions of leaving. It's clean, quiet and friendly. Nice, quiet community

I like it a lot here. and then all of the before mentioned.

It's a nice place and a nice area to live. Very quite and peaceful. The staff is great, the only down fall is there isn't enough parking for the residents who don't have two spaces making it difficult to have vistors.

That is a well kept apartment complex, gated for safety (most of the time). That the staff, particularly Sarah, are great and responsive to my issues. Grounds are well kept. Parking is sometimes an issue, but otherwise I like it here very muich.
